The chemical name of 1227 is dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, also known as benzalkonium chloride or geranium chloride.
PERFORMANCE
It is a quaternary ammonium salt compound, belonging to cationic surfactants, with various properties such as sterilization, emulsification, anti-static, and flexibility. 1227 is widely used in industrial circulating water treatment, textile printing and dyeing, oilfield water injection sterilization, medical equipment disinfection and other fields.
In industrial circulating water treatment, 1227, as a non oxidizing bactericide, has the advantages of low cost, easy use, and not affected by water hardness. It also has corrosion inhibition on iron metals, can clean and peel off sludge, and remove odors from water.
In addition, 1227 is also used as a leveling agent in textile printing and dyeing, water injection sterilization in oil fields, and disinfection and sterilization of medical equipment, transportation vehicles, food factory equipment, etc.
